1. Regulatory Status
ChainTrack is operated by Blockchain, incorporated under the laws of EU with registered office at Kenn, Exeter, Devon, EX6 7UW
The Company is authorized as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) and supervised by [National Competent Authority – e.g., BaFin, AMF, etc.].
Passporting rights allow the Company to provide services across the European Union.
2. Scope of Services
ChainTrack provides the following crypto-asset services under MiCA:
Custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients
Execution of orders for crypto-assets
Transfer services for crypto-assets
Reception and transmission of crypto-asset orders
Operation of a crypto-asset wallet interface
Supported assets may include ETH, BNB, TRX and other eligible crypto-assets.
The Company does not provide:
Investment advice
Portfolio management (unless explicitly stated)
Fiat deposit-taking services
3. Client Categorization
Clients are classified as:
Retail Clients
Professional Clients
Retail clients benefit from the highest level of regulatory protection under MiCA.
4. Risk Disclosure (MiCA Required)
Crypto-assets are:
Highly volatile
Not covered by EU deposit guarantee schemes
Not protected under investor compensation schemes
Transactions on distributed ledger technology (DLT) networks are:
Irreversible once validated
Dependent on third-party blockchain protocols
Subject to network congestion and technical risk
Users acknowledge full financial risk.
5. Safeguarding of Client Assets
In accordance with MiCA safeguarding requirements:
Client crypto-assets are segregated from Company assets.
Internal ledger records are maintained at all times.
Private keys are stored using secure cryptographic infrastructure.
Custody arrangements are designed to prevent unauthorized access.
The Company remains liable for loss of crypto-assets resulting from operational failures or cybersecurity breaches attributable to the Company.
6. Conflicts of Interest
ChainTrack maintains internal policies to identify, prevent, and manage conflicts of interest in accordance with MiCA requirements.
Where conflicts cannot be avoided, users will be informed prior to service execution.
7. Complaints Procedure

9. Fees and Transparency
All fees are disclosed prior to transaction confirmation.
Fees may include:
Network fees
Service execution fees
Custody fees
Withdrawal fees
Fee schedules are available on the Platform.
10. Security Obligations of Users
Users must:
Protect login credentials
Enable strong authentication
Notify ChainTrack immediately of suspected compromise
The Company is not liable for losses caused by user negligence.
11. Operational Resilience
ChainTrack maintains:
Business continuity plans
Incident response procedures
Cybersecurity safeguards
Record-keeping systems compliant with EU standards
Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or force majeure.
12. Termination and Suspension
Accounts may be suspended or terminated where:
Legal obligations require it
Fraud or illicit activity is suspected
Terms are materially breached
Users may close accounts subject to pending obligations.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of [EU Member State].
Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that Member State, subject to mandatory EU consumer protections.
